Jean-François Bay joigned Quantalys in 2018, a leading provider of fund data, digital solutions, ratings and research. The group has now 500 employees.

Before, he served for seven years as CEO of Morningstar France, part of Morningstar Inc, a leading provider of investment research and fund information, having successfully created Seeds group in 2002, consulting firm specialized in fund selection, company acquired by Morningstar in 2010.

Jean-François Bay is Administrator of F2iC (www.f2ic.fr), the french independent association serving the individual investors. He is also founder and honorary member of the french institutional investor association (www.af2i.org). He was member of the AMF Consultative Commission « Markets & Exchanges » (www.amf-france.org). He is Associate professor of several Universities (ESCP, Paris Dauphine University...).

Jean-François is graduated from ISC Business School with a Master Degree in Finance.
